I enjoyed the hotel, received exceptional service.
The venue was clean and the staff were polite. The food was awesome with a wide array of alternatives. The airport was 1 km away. I think the hotel was fabulous, will choose the place for future trips.

Beautifully designed hotel, we liked this place.
It offered us great and prime location adjacent to Park Street, Quest Mall and Sealdah station, and city centre. Our room was neat and well decorated and not kept clean.

Had very good stay during their visit to Kolkatta. We had early check in and the rooms were nicely decorated with breakfast.

Its location is favourable & prime, short walk to Quest Mall and Sealdah station, Kala Mandir, and a mosque. The rooms are well-maintained and well-organised and they have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. Every staff member is amiable and strives to meet your needs.

The hotel offered some complimentary services that were appreciated. The location was convenient and close to major attractions. Another positive aspect was the helpful staff that attended to our needs.
The hotel lacked basic hygiene and cleanliness. The bedding and towels were dirty, and the bathroom was unclean.

We had a great time staying at this hotel! the decorations were beautiful and cozy, creating a warm atmosphere. the food was incredibly tasty and we had no issues with ordering. the hotel was also in an ideal location, with easy access to popular malls and transportation facilities.
Some aspects of the hotel were not up to par. the cleanliness of the room was somewhat lacking, with stained bedding and uncleaned items like the electric kettle.
